Ordering from Art adventure is simple. Use our shopping basket & pay securely via PayPal using UK credit or debit cards (inc. Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Amex.)

A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details.

Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases from Art adventure, but for your peace of mind we are happy to offer a full money back guarantee. Simply contact Damian Edwards at Art adventure immediately for a returns number and return the item within 7 days, in the original condition and packaging with the returns number clearly written on the packaging.

It is advisable to return all items using a sign for service as we will not be responsible for any losses. The customer will be given a full refund less postage and packing costs.

Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In the case of all damaged items a full refund or replacement item will be offered.

Christmas Delivery

Our last order date for Christmas is 1.00pm on Monday 19th December.

FREE Delivery*

Art adventure offers Free UK Delivery on all orders. We can deliver to an address other than the purchase address and packages are sent registered post to ensure delivery and trackability.

Upon clearance of payment your order will be sent within 7 - 10 days.

All artwork is bubble wrapped and carefully boxed to ensure safe transit. *Unfortunately we don't currently deliver to addresses outside the UK at this time.

Please ensure that you will be at the delivery address to sign for it. It’s always a good idea to consider giving a work address if you will not be there during the day.
